I currently serve as Information Security Liaison Officer at Keywords Studios, covering the Engage division: game capture, post, player support, and public relations across 16+ studios and roughly 4,000 people. The role sits between business leaders and the information security team: projects, assessments, audits, and incidents stay visible to infosec, and the business keeps a clear path forward.

Before that I was Director of IT at gnet agency (2017-2023), building and running studio infrastructure through growth and into acquisition by Keywords. Highlights from that stretch:

- Passed 30+ security assessments for clients including Apple, Disney, Microsoft, SEGA, Nintendo, Activision, Warner Brothers, FromSoftware, Blizzard, Bungie, 343, CDPR, Bandai Namco, and Smilegate.

- Designed a 4K production pipeline supporting 250+ users at peak season.

- Built 3-2-1 backup with offline tape rotation and off-site storage, plus tape archival for 10-30 year retention.

- Streamlined game build security, injection, and dispersion for PC, Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft dev environments, including floating-point loose builds, Perforce, and Azure blob sync.

- Designed a full WFH environment with remote streaming access to dev kits, carried the company through COVID, and led into the Keywords acquisition.

- Built a server room from the ground up for AV and post-production bandwidth; planned an office move with under 4 hours of production downtime.

- Trained staff to run IT for 100+ users daily and owned studio IT budgeting since 2018.

Earlier roles: Apple & Microsoft Systems Engineer at Computer Engineering Group (Napa), Technical Manager at Sunnyside Creative Co., AppleCare Service Technician / Mac Genius (led the highest Net Promoter score on the west coast for over two years), plus network administration for Sonoma County community media, including a dual-ring OC-48 fiber network spanning schools, SRJC, city buildings, and more.

Core focus: Microsoft and Apple environments, Office 365, layer 3 networking, backup and archival systems, studio production pipelines, and information security for creative and game studios.
